SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our Bangkok studio with care and precision. Each GRINN piece is handcrafted and packaged securely to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.​

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4–7 business days before dispatch. *During peak periods or exhibitions, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed if so.​​​

Flat-Rate Shipping

We keep it simple with flat rates based on destination:

  • Domestic Thailand: Free Shipping

  • Asia: $35 per order.

  • USA: $50 per order.

  • Europe: $60 per order.

Shipping is calculated per order, not per item. All orders ship via DHL Express or an equivalent tracked service.

Pre-Order Shipping

Some GRINN pieces are available on a pre-order basis due to our small-batch, handcrafted production process. Please review the details below before placing your order:

Estimated Lead Time for Pre-order
8–12 weeks for pre-order production, which includes production, quality control, and secure packaging. Please note this is an estimate and may vary during peak periods.

*Next Batch : Scheduled to ship by the end of November 2025.

Order Consolidation
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready. If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us — additional shipping charges will apply.

Status Updates
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. You’ll receive an email when your order is confirmed, in production, and ready to ship.

No Cancellations
All pre-orders are final. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, which means cancellations or refunds are not possible once the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its journey.​

​Returns & Shipping Costs

  • All sales are final, as GRINN pieces are handcrafted and unique.

  • In the rare case of transit damage, we will cover the shipping cost for replacements.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

  • If your package arrives damaged, email info@elmtoli.com with photos within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.

  • Worldwide delivery via trusted carriers (DHL Express / FedEx)

  • Estimated arrival: 5–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance

  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
