In the rare case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

6. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in USD.
For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Product prices and shipping fees may change from time to time without prior notice. Any updates reflect material costs, exchange rates, or carrier adjustments.Prices confirmed at checkout remain final for that order.

All designs, images, and content remain the property of Elmtoli™ and MOOQUE Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
All designs, images, text, and product concepts featured on this website are the intellectual property of Elmtoli™ and MOOQUE Studio.
This includes (but is not limited to) product designs, photography, copywriting, brand identity, and all visual or written content.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Returns Policy

PRE ORDER POLICY

Pre-Order Shipping
Some GRINN pieces are available on a pre-order basis due to our small-batch, handcrafted production process. Please review the details below before placing your order:

Estimated Lead Time for Pre-order
8–12 weeks for pre-order production, which includes production, quality control, and secure packaging. Please note this is an estimate and may vary during peak periods.

Order Consolidation
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready. If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us — additional shipping charges will apply.

Status Updates
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. You’ll receive an email when your order is confirmed, in production, and ready to ship.

No Cancellations
All pre-orders are final. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, which means cancellations or refunds are not possible once the order is placed.
