Materials

Our glassware is made from premium soda-lime glass, mouth-blown using time-honored techniques. This material offers excellent clarity and balanced weight, giving GRINN its signature presence. While soda-lime glass is durable for everyday use, it remains a handcrafted product — subtle variations in form and tone are part of its character.

Remarks: During the glassblowing process, small air bubbles may occasionally appear within the glass walls. These are not flaws but the natural fingerprints of handcraft — subtle marks that remind us each GRINN piece is individually made, not machine-perfect. They do not affect durability, clarity, or function.

Care Instructions

1. Handling

Handle with care. Although sturdy, avoid dropping or subjecting the glass to sudden impact. Each piece is handmade and requires mindful use.

2. Cleaning

Hand wash with warm, soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh detergents that may scratch the surface. Not recommended for dishwasher use.

3. Temperature

Avoid extreme temperature changes. Do not pour boiling water into a cold glass or move a glass directly from cold to hot conditions, as this can cause stress and potential breakage.

4. Storage

Keep in a secure place where it won’t be knocked over. If stacking is necessary, separate with a soft cloth or paper to prevent scratches.

- GRINN glassware is designed for cold or room-temperature beverages.
- Avoid hot drinks or sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal stress.
- Not suitable for oven, microwave, or freezing.
- Do not use if the glass is chipped or cracked — discontinue immediately to ensure safety.
- Each piece is unique; variations in thickness or tone reflect its handmade nature.
